Will handle all HR Facets or concerns; (Payroll, compensation and benefits, Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Employee Satisfaction, Labor Laws and Legal compliance) Manage safety and ensures strict implementation of the administrative policies and regulations Assisting with internal event organization and coordination, including recreational events and training activities that may arise Perform other related tasks assigned by the management Qualifications Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course With extensive experience in the related field Must have a background Industrial, Manufacturing, or Logistics company Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
