Additional RequirementsMinimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst/ System Analyst or related role in a software development environment.Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience working in Agile environments.Certification in project management (e.g., CSM, PMP) and familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g. ClickUp, JIRA) is a plus.Responsibilities & ContextOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Analyst to join our dynamic team.
