We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.You will be reporting to the Head of New Partnerships and responsible for originating and managing strategic third-party digital/O2O partnerships by implementing new types of business models. You will also do the required level of relationship management with internal stakeholders to generate leads for the firm.The role will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:
  • Work closely with the Head of New Partnerships to create new bespoke propositions and provide execution excellence through newly acquired partners as a key liaison for all referrals of potential digital partners (including Pulse digital partners) within the firm
  • Support the Head of New Partnerships in facilitating opportunities with partners on lead generation campaigns.
  • Facilitate conversations for cross-functional collaboration (such as technology, marketing, customer segments, product and pricing, risk and compliance) needed in order to fulfill the designing, validating, implementing and servicing of the value propositions partners management, digital sales and sales management
  • Monitor and manage regulatory requirements for each partner to ensure full compliance
  • Propose new initiatives and recommendations to drive campaigns outreach.
  • Drive the onboarding and implementation of digital strategic partnerships
  • Design and support the value propositions and business models (including go-to market, acquisition model, operating model, service model and technology)
  • Review the design and implementing of new digital campaigns to drive sales

  • Good collaboration skills and an effective team player
  • Knowledge of the Financial / Insurance industry having worked with a salesforce / distribution team to drive successful adoption of solutions and programmes for conversion and sales results
Working Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in partnerships, marketing, business development or business management.
  • Possess good understanding of insurance, project management, sales and digital tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
