Job Description:量产前管理供应商质量及交付绩效；快速反应，解决在供应商产品质量问题，推动供应商体系持续改进和质量改善。Manage quality and delivery performance of the supplier before SOP, Quick respond and solve the quality problem of the supplier, continuously promote the improvement of the supplier’s quality system and part quality.The main missions of the role are:
。The Code of Ethics and The Code of Management are the fundamental rules of business conduct and ethica&management guidelines applicable to all Faurecia employees and partners * 先期供应商质量工程师通过在项目开发期间管理供应商的绩效（时间，质量，交付，服务）来支持项目采购。Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer supports project procurement by managing supplier performance (time, quality, delivery, service) during project development
  • 培训供应商并确保正确应用所定义的标准并按时交付（APQP要素）。Train suppliers and ensure that the defined standards are correctly applied and delivered on time (APQP elements).
  • 遵循APQP进度和状态报告，并与项目团队合作做出决策。Follow APQP progress and status reports and work with the project team to make decisions.
  • 提供技术选择建议，以确保产品/过程在项目开发过程中的稳健性（供应商和佛吉亚工厂）。Provide technical selection advice to ensure the robustness of the product/process during project development (supplier and Faurecia factory).
  • 评估并收集供应商的表现并反馈战略采购用于完善供应商绩效评估。Evaluate and collect supplier performance and feedback strategic sourcing to refine supplier performance evaluation.
  • 确保项目到工厂的顺利交接，满足质量与交付的要求。Ensure a smooth handover from project to factory to meet quality and delivery requirements.
任职资格Qualifications理想候选人应具备以下The ideal candidate will have/be:学历Minimum education level:大学本科以上学历，工程相关专业。Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering.Experience :三年以上制造行业质量相关经历。Above 3 years work experience in quality.Skills and competencies能够较熟练的掌握质量5大工具 Master QS 5 manuals.熟悉APQP和PPAP相关知识Familiar with APQP and PPAP related knowledge.具体审核供应商相关流程知识Specific audit of supplier related process knowledge.熟悉IATF16949标准，了解ISO14001标准 。Be familiar with IATF16949，and know ISO14001.诚实守信有责任心，客观公正 Being honest and responsible, Objectivity & Fairness.学习敏锐度Learning Agility关注客户Customer Focus结果导向Drives Results与人合作Collaborates with Others
