To enhance our successful Procurement Excellence Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionateJunior Specialist Procurement Excellence (f/m/d)In this role, you will act as a key contributor to the implementation of AT&S Procurement Center of Excellence, responsible for Procurement Excellence working tasks, with the purpose of carrying out, implementing, verifying execution and effectiveness in the various fields of Procurement Excellence.Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for global master data management, report creation and documentation as well as execution of pre-defined processes in the AT&S system
  • Carry out procedure standards, fulfill pre-defined processes and save compliance across all AT&S sites
  • Continuously strive to ensure a best-in-class master data landscape
  • Actively contribute to AT&S Risk-, Procurement Processes and Procurement toolbox
  • Contribute with the Business Unit sourcing excellence teams for implementation and execution on site
Your Profile
  • HAK and/or BA in Economics, Business, Industrial Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing or similar field
  • 1-2 years of work experience in operative/strategic purchasing
  • Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, systems and tools
  • Strong analytical skills with a sensitivity to master data
  • Excellent computer software skills (ERP, SAP, Ariba, Business Warehouse, MS Office)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals on all levels and across cultures
  • Fluent in English
