We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dedicated team.As a Brake Press Setter/ operator, you will play a vital role in our production process. Your primary responsibility will be to set up and operate brake press machinery to bend, shape, and form metal sheets according to precise specifications.Responsibilities:" Operate brake press efficiently to bend and form sheet metal components.
" Read and interpret engineering drawings.
" Utilise metalworking skills to work with various materials.
" Adjust tooling and settings regularly based on job requirements.
" Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
" Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals.Requirements:" Minimum 2 years of experience as a brake press setter/operator.
" Background in metalworking.
" Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
" Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
" Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Salary, hours, and Benefits" £13ph - £15ph
" Monday- Friday 14:00pm- 22:00pm
