- Oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring the successful delivery of milestones and overall projects on time
- Define and agree the project governance structure including Working Groups, Project plan, RAIDs, Scorecards, senior management updates
- Maintain evidence of project progress and relevant artefacts to demonstrate successful project completion through SharePoint
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that potential challenges are proactively addressed to minimise disruptions
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress
- Create decks for reporting through various Forums, not only for current projects but activities being undertaken by the wider team
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and efficiency in processes through regular evaluation and adaptation
- Experience with Project Management best practices, including organizational skills and time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and find solutions
- High attention to detail
- Experience creating executive summaries and aggregating presentations with agendas and materials
- Confidence to drive issues through to completion, often working to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align initiatives with broader organizational objectives
- Experience with all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Pitch Pro+ (Microsoft PowerPoint)
