N/AEssential Roles & Responsibilities, included but not limited to:
- Utilizes safety protocols and expectations in all aspect of work
- Repair, installation, inspection and diagnose areas of needs
- Perform some HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot, detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations
- Performs and completes high quality work
- Perform minor electrical maintenance, replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools
- Perform minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.)
- Performs carpentry, and masonry work
- Ordering parts and maintaining inventory along with required documents
- Supports licensed Tradesmen with building inspections and review of other structures to determine functional systems
- Supports licensed Tradesmen with specialty projects, repair and replace doors, windows and furniture repair
- Desire to grow in discipleship, serving, equipping, learning and leading
- Personal and growing relationship with Jesus and a humility to testify to it
- Ability to explain “What Harvest Bible Chapel Believes”
- Ability to pray with other employees, guests and attenders of the church
- Be active, engaged and accountable in a biblically based church
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated abilities, skills and knowledge in a vast array of areas (electric, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
- Ability to use common power, various specialty equipment and handheld tools safely
- Strong problem solving skills
- Intermediate mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow directions, processes, etc.
- Strong decision making and reasoning skills
- Able to work independently
- Ability to support and be part of a team, share ideas and ways to improve
- Willingness to give and receive feedback to improve skills
- Adhere to all Safety precautions and ensure others are following required protocols
