Company Nurse/HR Specialist

• Evaluates submitted pre-employment medical examinations per office locations, ensuring newly hired employees are fit to work before onboarding.
• Assess the employees medical certificate upon returning to work for the Luzon Head Office and Branches.
• Responsible for providing general first aid, along with assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health.
• Request, dispense, and monitor medicine consumption.
• Accompany an employee needing medical assistance to the hospital.
• Monitor, prepare, and submit health and accident reports.
• Assist in the annual physical exam activity. Examine post-results for health counseling with employees and keep records once fit to work or APE results as corrected.
• Implement the Employee Health Improvement Program and Monthly Health Awareness through coordination with HR Communications.
• Participate in the maintenance of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions for improving the working environment, which affects the health and well-being of the employees.
• Monitoring and assisting employees with appointments and doctor/hospital referrals like dental check-ups, LOAs, etc.
• Ensures that the company clinic equipment and facility are clean, in good condition, and always ready.

• Evaluate the submitted bank payroll enrollment forms of newly hired employees. Ensure its completeness based on bank requirements before sending it to the Cedar Office for processing.
• Assist in HMO and life insurance enrollment every quarter. Ensuring all qualified employees will be enrolled.
• Process, route, and record the exit clearance of exiting employees. Ensure the completeness of the form, turnover of assigned company assets, and exit interview. Ensures that the turnaround time of clearance processing is met.
• Assist in the recording, segregation, and distribution of documents received from branches through vandel.
• Prepare and route voluntary donations for employee bereavement assistance.
