- Define the ambition and strategy on Data for the AXA Group as part of the overall Tech, Data &
- Operations Strategy
- Ideate, prototype, co-fund and develop initiatives (PoCs, PoVs, Pilots) and business projects on business challenges applying Data in collaboration and co-creation with entities and strategic partners,
- Develop knowledge and define best practices, functional/technical frameworks, toolboxes, standards, blueprints on Data
- Facilitate communities on Data both internally in AXA as well as externally; challenge and support business communities on their ambition to leverage Data
- Drive data governance, monitor maturity progress and provide guidelines and hands-on support to enhance on all aspects related to Data to Entities, Markets and Group
- Data & AI Strategy, as the overarching umbrella, through governance involving Chief Data &
- Analytics Officers, Business Leaders, COO/CIOs, Compliance/Risk/Security
- Data & AI Culture, through a collaboration with the HR and Communication functions as well as
- Business Leaders, leveraging the community of local Heads of Data Culture
- Data Management, covering Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Documentation, Data Risks, leveraging the local Heads of Data Management Offices, evolving to integrate AI – and GenAI
- Data & AI Products, covering in 24-26 the design, orchestration and delivery of Data & AI Product across AXA entities and Group, unlocking the access to data & AI across domains (by design siloed).
- 1 governance/oversight function: planning, KPIs/deliverables, budget/resources, risks, vendor management, communication
- Contribution and performance of 4 “dissemination Squads” (Pricing in P&C Retail, Claims in P&C
- Retail, Underwriting in Commercial Lines, and Claims in Health), connected with Global Business
- Communities (nb: each squad is led by a project manager)
- Contribution and performance of 4 “enablers”: Data & AI Products, Data & AI Governance, Data & AI Culture, AI Industrialization.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the program, providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders regarding milestones, challenges, and opportunities for improvement; prepare the Steering Committees involving Management Committee level members.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders from GO/Finance/Architecture/IT
- Products/Procurement/GETD, Global (Business) Communities, GIE and entities to ensure alignment with program objectives and secure necessary support for successful implementation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the program on scalability and technical excellence.
- · Manage Risks and ensure a Continuous Improvement.
- Senior Project Manager, with extensive knowledge of and experience, in large complex organizations
- Ability to choose appropriate tools within Project Management practices (e.g., PM Body of Knowledge)
- Ability to communicate to, mobilize, and coordinate a network of stakeholders from various backgrounds, starting at senior executive level.
- Intellectual curiosity, and taste for innovation, insurance business acumen
- Ability to see the big picture as well as deep dive into details when necessary, applying Systems Thinking
