RF Design Engineer (Hybrid)

- Experience in RF/Microwave and analog circuit design
- Experience with RF CAD tools such as Agilent ADS, Genesis, Microwave Office, SPICE
- Experience in RF subsystems and a working understanding of architecture, design, and integration processes
- Understand systems level issues associated with RF design such as noise figure, IP3, ect.
- Expert proficiency with common RF test equipment such as; Network and spectrum analyzers, signal and pulse generators, and oscilloscopes
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 6 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- Ability to support occasional travel
- Ability to obtain a SECRET Security Clearance is REQUIRED
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, concentration in RF/Microwave field
- Experience in solid state RF power amplifier design
- Experience with LabView
- Experience with Digital Design
