We are seeking a highly-capable residential property lawyer for a major law firm client in London. Our client is an international practice with a deserved reputation in real estate, with their property group being a central pillar of the firm. As such the successful applicant for this role will be joining a practice which - genuinely - values its real estate lawyers and offers them a self-standing client base including major property companies and UHNWs.This role will focus on high-end, high-value residential property transactions, including in Prime London, for an elite client base. You will also be advising on all aspects of residential real estate, including landlord and tenant, management and portfolio work, and enfranchisement matters.Applicants will ideally have between two and three years' PQE, although we will consider lawyers just outside this level.
