They are a not for profit organisation that are committed to empowering individuals to live life to the fullest by providing person-centered support tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical and emotional support to adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting.
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Promote independence and choice, empowering individuals to make decisions about their own lives.
- Support residents to access community activities, social events, and educational opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Flexible approach to work, including availability for shift work and sleep-in shifts.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.14 - £12.37 per hour.
