- Maintain a close working relationship with all project stakeholders
- Direct design, coordination and implementation of designated programmes
- Contribute to program planning and project design at concept and implementation stages.
- Ensure that project delivery is being managed in accordance with the agreed processes
- Report and escalate any installation issues to operational managers
- Act as a point of escalation of any customer complaints
- Design and control various programs
- Mentor and invest time in your site team
- Planning and scheduling of new installation rollouts and programmes
- Coordination and collation of engineers’ documentation
- Programme design in conjunction with Operation Managers and supply chain stakeholders
- Understanding of the project lifecycle and processes involved in ELV project delivery (e.g. BMS or Fire Alarms).
- PC literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products with proven skills in data handling programs, program planning applications and web portal interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills
- Support the goal of customer excellence atmosphere through hard work, tolerance and consistency, attempting to fulfil projects with honesty and integrity.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service by meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
- Organisational and planning skills.
- SMSTS and CSCS / ECS Card
- Programme / Project Management qualification
- Additional H&S accreditation such as IOSH, First Aid etc.
- Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent)
- University Degree in relevant subject desirable
