- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Strong understanding of financial management and forecasting, with the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
- Previous experience in family-run companies or similar environments preferred.

- Willingness to learn and adapt, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
