- Answering office phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments as needed.
- Managing all incoming texts and emails, responding in a timely and courteous manner.
- Handling administrative tasks including material ordering, invoicing, and email management to support office operations.
- Providing bilingual support in English and Spanish to cater to our diverse patient base.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, for various administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient communication and workflow within the office.
- Assisting with other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
- English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Background in customer service is preferred, with the ability to handle phone calls and inquiries professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable working remotely with access to cloud-based software.
