With a fantastic Family environment and brilliant working culture, this business is perfect for someone looking to take the next forward step in their construction career.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing and rendering Projects as and when they come in. Tenders will range from £250k to £10m. Leading the commercial side of tender submissions involves meticulous preparation of subcontractor tender packages and building strong interdepartmental relationships. Understanding the scope for assigned trades is crucial, facilitating accurate tendering processes and the development of RFIs to clarify project scope. Compiling subcontractor tender lists ensures adequate coverage for all work packages, while thorough tender analyses ensure competitiveness and alignment with project requirements. Ensuring bids are competitive maximizes the chance of winning contracts, with post-tender meetings and client interfaces addressing queries and concerns. Quality assurance involves double-checking critical work deliverables to minimize errors. These responsibilities demand a proactive approach, attention to detail, and effective communication to navigate the tendering process successfully and secure contracts.REQUIREMENTS

A team player
Previous experience as an Estimator
Previous experience in prime residential projects
Experience working on both new build and refurbishment contracts
