- The focus of the role is to promote and develop the organisation through increasing their membership base nationwide.
- The role encompasses a wide range of activities associated with this objective namely telesales, networking, attending exhibitions and events (including business briefings, seminars, conferences, lunches, and training courses).
- Updating and maintaining internal CRM system.
- Help members maximise their membership benefits, so they remain members for years to come.
- Annual retention calls for membership renewals.
- In addition, the role involves assisting in other areas of my client's activity such as:
- Event sales.
- Credit control.
- Debtors/receivables collection.
- Some administrative duties from time to time at the discretion of the Director
- Assistance of the wider marketing activities of the organisation through sales of affinity services/products and training, coaching, or mentoring.
- Minimum 3 years of outbound Sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen interest in self-development
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
- Ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with the Microsoft Suite.
