Senior Purchasing Executive (Metal Stamping & Sheet Metal Fabricated Industry)

• Assist HOD in monitoring resources in accordance with the operation plan in the area
• Coordinate and monitor material/subcon planning activities and the execution of plan within operation to ensure smooth supply.
• Assist in the maintenance of proper purchasing systems in the company.
• Ensure goods are prepared, purchased, and delivered in accordance with due dates and procedures.
• Ensure the materials plan is adhered to for production consumption.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of purchasing records.
• Updating the Master price list on raw materials and emailing to the marketing department on a monthly basis
• Participating in supplier audits (new or existing suppliers)
• Follow up on the material delivery status and expedite the delivery when necessary
