Senior Executive

• Conducts meetings to understand business requirements for the proposed solution.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders as required to understand current procedures and identify potential areas for change.
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
• Documents the detailed requirements specifications for the technical team to develop the application.
• Collaborates with the stakeholders to analyze, evaluate and implement changes in the system for better results.
• Should Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards & the needs of the target audience such as process documents, procedure documents, training materials and user guides.
• Maintain document versions and update documents as required.
• Work independently and generate accurate content with optimal guidance.
• Proofread and edit the documentation to ensure consistency in language and style
• Familiarity with the SDLC, Agile and SCRUM process

• Ability to build working relationships with coworkers across the globe.

• Excellent research skills to perform comparative analysis with competitive products in the market
• Ability to write persuasively and articulately
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation while paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

• Ability to break down a vague business problem into structured analysis approach documentation & presentation.
• Ability to concisely present multi-layer insights gathered from cross-functional teams.

• Review with the Overall Product Manager & AVP for improvements in the product development lifecycle.

• Communicate with onshore stakeholder & Executive Team Members.
• Help the Product Management Group set the product roadmap & help in identifying future sellable product features.
• Client Interactions to better understands expectations & streamline solutions

• Excellent written skills in English – sentence construction, grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, SnagIT
