• Project Requirements : Connect with local or overseas customers. Responsible for Contract Signing, Customer Management, Payment Collection, Contract Renewal, etc.
• Customer needs and Company Requirements : Flexibly provide customer contract signing and payment plans, complete data collecting and system input in a timely manner, assist customers in understanding the system, and increase customer satisfaction with the timeliness of company advertising recharge.
• Based on internal process specifications, carry out effective and detailed results of customer management, synchronize information to internal teams in real time, and assist internal teams in client needs and communication.
• Clearly understand the customer's contract renewal needs, timely assist the internal team in maintaining customer relationships based on current data, prepare for contract renewal, and be responsible for contract renewal process and negotiations.
