Application support and troubleshooting
Project coordination and handling multiple concurrent initiatives
Managing the projects' budget and timeline
Conduct and managed UAT/SIT
Collaboration with various parties at all levels, within and outside the team
Evaluation of new technologies, software products and vendor proposals

Ideal ProfileRequirements

At least 5 years experience in project and application support
Proficiency in Java EE, SQL, Scripting, Web Services and Middleware, with good knowledge in Unix, Linux and Windows platforms
Track record in application support in Production/UAT/SIT environments
Good understanding of IT infrastructures including hardware, storage, network and databases
Detail oriented with a strong customer focus
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
