- Provide Human Resources support to 700+ employees in various areas, including New York, California, and regional locations
- Partner with and assist the greater People Team with HR Initiatives and Learning & Development opportunities based on the needs of the business/teams
- Process Workday transactions in order to update and maintain employee data with accuracy (you will spend a great deal of time in Workday)
- Fulfill administrative duties encompassing all aspects of the employee life cycle, including new hires, exiting process, terminations, promotions, compensation increases, and employment agreements
- Update and maintain HR/ Financial reporting documents that advise our decision-making and business strategy development
- Manage calendars, book travel, and process expenses
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Managers of People Team on daily tasks
- Provide information and guidance to employees as needed, or raise inquiries as appropriate. Maintain confidentiality of all information as appropriate.
- Partner with People Partners to create a seamless and exciting experience for all new hires and employees
- Provide administrative support for all open positions
- Maintain HR files and databases
- Maintain project organization and meeting notes
- Liaise with the Payroll team in order to ensure all payroll transactions are processed and approved in a timely manner
- Partner with the Human Resources Assistants to fulfill HRIS system testing
- Perform any other duties and tasks related to the Department’s role and responsibilities that might be assigned
- Experience in working with the Workday system and/or other HRIS systems
- Teamwork, organization, and time management skills

- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Ability to forge outstanding working relationships across a large team
- Proficient in MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
