- Content creation: Develop high-quality and original content for our website, blog, social media channels, email newsletters, and other digital platforms. Content may include articles, blog posts, infographics, videos, and more.
- SEO: Apply SEO best practices to optimize all content for search engines. Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and support link-building to enhance organic search rankings and boost organic traffic. Keep up with the ever-changing trends in SEO for Google and other search engines, and pivot your strategies as needed.
- Graphic design: Design visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia elements to accompany written content. Create custom graphics for social media posts, blog headers, infographics, and other digital assets using graphic design software.
- Social media management: Develop and execute social media strategies to promote brand awareness, increase followers, and engage our audience. Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Content calendar management: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule across all platforms. Coordinate with other team members to align content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and social media campaigns using analytics tools. Track key metrics such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Journalism, or any related field.
- Demonstrated success as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Experience optimizing content for search engines using tools like Surfer SEO and Ahrefs, or similar platforms, is a big plus.
- Advanced proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, with a portfolio showcasing creative designs and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices, including content strategy, audience targeting, and engagement metrics.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and trends in content creation and digital marketing. You don’t shy away from genAI – in fact, you love using it so you can work smarter and better.
