You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our client's network, fostering long-term relationships, and maximising sales opportunities while ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will have be part of the sales team and participate to expand the activity revenue on the French part of Belgium.As a successful Account Manager, you will have the following responsibilities :
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and cultivate relationships with nursing homes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential client
  • Conduct regular visits to nursing homes to build rapport, assess client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service agreements with nursing home administrators or decision-makers
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, new technologies, and innovations related to nursing home care to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Sales, or related field
  • Proven experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in a similar position
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • In-depth understanding of the nursing home industry, including knowledge of regulations, reimbursement policies, and healthcare trends
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
