You’ll carry out – and potentially develop – nurse led clinics, reviewing patient’s histories, undertaking relevant examinations and tests, organising any necessary treatment, and referring patients to other healthcare professionals when you need to. Our Inpatient ward at Sulis hosts patients following a variety of surgical procedures, including Orthopedics, ENT, Gynecology and General Surgery. You will be providing the highest standards of care as required within each of our care setting as well as considering specialist clinical needs of each patient. We encourage sharing of best practice across our site to develop your skills and take advantage of our excellent clinical leadership knowledge. At Sulis, we will help to develop you in your management of patients in a surgical environment and provide training for care of the Deteriorating Patient, Sepsis & News 2, and ILS.Permanent 37.5 hours Full timeRotational between IPU and DSUDue to the nature of an Inpatients Ward, shifts with be comprised of days, evenings, and nights.If you have NMC registration and a demonstrable record of CPD with knowledge of current issues in professional practice, then we would like to hear from you. The bonus is paid in two parts, £1500 at the end of your successful completion of your 3-month probation period and £1500 after 12 months of employment.
