Renewable Grid Specialist - Sweden

• Execution of generation and demand grid connections applications at both distribution and transmission level
• Gathering data from clients as well as equipment manufacturers to perform necessary calculations
• Produce single line diagrams to support applications
• Hold connection surgeries with the DNO/TO/ESO as required
• Participate in customer meetings to update on progress and challenges
• Write reports to summarise findings and client recommendations
• Price estimations, CAPEX
• Conceptual design
• Together with senior project managers, work with large and complex international projects, technical design and engineering, elaboration of tender documents and tender evaluations
• To participate in small to large scale projects and studies providing technical expertise for outmost clients' satisfaction.
• Manage small to large scale renewable projects within the field of electrical engineering

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience of planning, permitting and delivery of grid connections for energy projects;
• Ability to liaise with a diverse set of external stakeholders, in particular, planning authorities, communities, statutory consultees and landowners
• Proven experience of sourcing new opportunities and problem solving
• Experience managing a broad range of technical consultants and using a systematic approach to ensure project progression.
• Experience working with power systems projects and in particular with integration of renewable energy to the grid in a variety of stages (feasibility, concept, design and specification) at 11kV, 33kV and above;
• Working knowledge of relevant standards and codes of practice;
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or an alternative, equivalent level of training/ education Several years of professional working experience from the energy sector.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
