- Develop and refine outreach strategies—including referrals, targeted pipeline management, and creative engagement tactics.
- Collaborate with Membership Group Leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and long-term member retention.
- Build trusted relationships with executives, delivering exceptional service and strategic insights that drive ongoing engagement.
- A natural communicator and presenter who can confidently engage senior executives.
- A relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a high-level, consultative sales environment.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of exceeding quotas in high-volume, high-value sales.
- A strategic thinker who understands the evolving healthcare landscape, including benefits, providers, and health systems.
- An expert in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) with excellent pipeline and organizational management skills.
- A leader with proven experience in mentoring or managing a team.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 6+ years of sales experience
- Healthcare industry knowledge, especially benefits, providers, and health systems.
- A proven track record of selling to VP-level or C-suite executives, with demonstrated success in closing complex deals.
