Description :As our Sales Director at , you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our exclusive Healthcare leadership groups, driving membership growth, and shaping the future of healthcare leadership.In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new executive members, developing innovative sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with top leaders in the industry. You’ll report to the Managing Director of Sales and Partnerships and work closely with Membership Group Leaders to ensure both new acquisitions and member retention.You won’t be doing this alone—our Membership Development Associates (MDAs) will support you in prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management. Additionally, there may be an opportunity to lead and mentor the MDA team.If you’re a strategic thinker, dynamic communicator, and passionate about driving revenue growth in the healthcare sector, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What You’ll Do
  • Drive business growth by engaging top-tier healthcare executives and showcasing the value of World 50 membership.
  • Own the sales process—lead all first and second calls with prospects, presenting compelling solutions tailored to their challenges.
  • Manage a book of business with clear revenue targets and a strong focus on closing high-value memberships.
  • Develop and refine outreach strategies—including referrals, targeted pipeline management, and creative engagement tactics.
  • Collaborate with Membership Group Leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and long-term member retention.
  • Build trusted relationships with executives, delivering exceptional service and strategic insights that drive ongoing engagement.
What We’re Looking For
  • A natural communicator and presenter who can confidently engage senior executives.
  • A relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a high-level, consultative sales environment.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of exceeding quotas in high-volume, high-value sales.
  • A strategic thinker who understands the evolving healthcare landscape, including benefits, providers, and health systems.
  • An expert in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) with excellent pipeline and organizational management skills.
  • A leader with proven experience in mentoring or managing a team.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 6+ years of sales experience
  • Healthcare industry knowledge, especially benefits, providers, and health systems.
  • A proven track record of selling to VP-level or C-suite executives, with demonstrated success in closing complex deals.
