Position Overview:As a Project Scheduler/Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining project schedules while implementing robust planning and monitoring processes. Your role is crucial in ensuring project success by focusing on time, cost, resources, and quality, utilising advanced tools and techniques. You'll measure and report program/project performance, collaborate with stakeholders, analyse data, and drive corrective actions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project delivery programs and tender schedules.
  • Manage high Ticket's of Work (TOWs) and Volume Projects with a data driven mindset, and using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to gather project requirements, constraints, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data, analyse performance indicators, and identify improvement areas.
  • Implement planning and monitoring processes, focusing on time, cost, resources, and quality.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess risks, optimise resources, and mitigate delays.
  • Measure and report program/project performance, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Utilise advanced tools for predictive modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Standardise scheduling processes, tools, and templates across projects for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Compile reference data for future planning, stay informed of industry trends, and provide training and support to project teams.
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years planner/scheduler experience in Australian Construction
  • Broad experience Planning and Scheduling using programs like SAP, P6 Primavera, and MS Project.
  • Knowledge and understanding of delay impact analysis.
  • Ability to develop Dashboards and Reports summarizing program progress.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Understanding of Risk Management principles.
