- Possession of a HLTA qualification or equivalent is essential.
- Previous experience working as a HLTA or in a similar educational role within a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and proficiency in assessment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interaction with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
