A dynamic Corporate Finance advisory firm are looking for a motivated trainee or part-qualified accountant to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to become a chartered accountant in a commercial role. Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting across liquidations ranging in size from small cases to large complex insolvencies.

Contributing to restructuring assignments including SCARP and examinership.

Financial analysis as part of investigations.

Dealing with routine disputes and liaising with solicitors.

General administration and compliance matters.

Requirements for this RoleSuccessful candidate will likely have the following background:

Trainee: A recent graduate with a keen interest in business/finance.

Part-qualified accountant: An accounting trainee who may be currently working in audit/assurance or similar and is looking to move into a commercial role (with the opportunity to continue with their ACA or ACCA qualification).

A motivated self-starter with an eagerness to learn.

Strong analytical skills and excellent communication.
