A Trainer is responsible on implementing a SMART Training program for QS Partners to ensure that employees being deployed on the store are knowledgeable enough on the Do's and Don'ts in performing their duties and responsibilities which include serving the customers efficiently, assisting customers with their needs and special requests, ensures the assigned quota is met, assist on training activity for the new QS Partners as requested, and adheres on the sanitation standards and safety procedures. Trainers shall also support on other operational activities as may be requested by the Operations Department.
