Position: German Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Lisbon, PortugalWork model: On-siteEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle all incoming contacts from bank clients (ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, transactions, complaints) via phone and email
Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered.

REQUIREMENTS:

C1 German with great linguistic expression and B1 English, both oral and written
Ability to listen actively, identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
Ability to take stressful situations well.
