- Creates, revises, and modifies learning activities in the LMS
- Upload online content
- Basic content or exam development in Articulate Storyline or QuestionMark
- Produce virtual Instructor Led Training sessions via WebEx platform
- Create Level 1, 2 and 3 Evaluations
- Respond to all client queries via email in a timely manner and follow up with appropriate colleagues and peers as necessary to resolve any issues
- Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) to include basic troubleshooting and fixing user issues through answering questions and troubleshooting problems for end users by email or MS Teams screen share
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Prior experience as an LMS Administrator or equivalent role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical processes and apply them quickly.
- Intermediate English level
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required
