- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports the holistic development of young children.
- Assess and monitor the progress of pupils, providing feedback to parents and colleagues as necessary.
- Collaborate with other EYFS team members to ensure continuity and progression in children's learning.
- Maintain accurate records of pupils' achievements and behavior, adhering to school policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to children with challenging behavior or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum is desirable.
- Experience working with challenging behavior and/or SEND pupils is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and a commitment to enhancing teaching practice.
