Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) TeacherLocation: Blackburn, United KingdomAre you passionate about early childhood education? Do you have a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework? Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join our team in Blackburn. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced educators, as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) who are eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment.Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports the holistic development of young children.
  • Assess and monitor the progress of pupils, providing feedback to parents and colleagues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other EYFS team members to ensure continuity and progression in children's learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of pupils' achievements and behavior, adhering to school policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to children with challenging behavior or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum is desirable.
  • Experience working with challenging behavior and/or SEND pupils is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and a commitment to enhancing teaching practice.
  • ECTs and NQTs are encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
