We want to help you achieve growth by giving you access to a network of smart and supportive people, willing to listen to your ideas.Job ResponsibilitiesReview and coordinate preparation of tax returns as it relates to partnerships, individuals, S and C-CorporationsAdvise clients on a full spectrum of tax services, including planning, research, compliance, partnership allocations and general transactional activitiesReview or conduct high level research of complex or emerging tax issues and prepare memorandums to support conclusions, including state tax issues and international tax issuesReview and confirm assignment objectives, scope and work plan with clientIdentify assignment resource requirements and ensure appropriate resources are allocated to specific engagement rolesLead client billing and accounts receivable processesAnticipate, identify, and resolve complex assignment issuesAssist with new business development and expansion of services for existing clientsBuild relationships with members of other business units within Armanino who serve similar clientsDevelop internal and external network to understand other service offerings for real estate clientsCommunicate effectively with clients regarding engagement progress and seek client feedback on team performanceManage teams effectively to ensure engagement profitability in the short and long term sustainability of practiceCoach and mentor staff and seniors on client engagements and career pathBegin to approach career in an executive way, taking ownership of responsibilities in a way that will position you for further advancementRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related disciplineMinimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting in taxation or equivalent experienceMinimum 1 year in a managerial role involving clients and team membersPreferred QualificationsMaster’s Degree in TaxationCPA or equivalent credentialArmanino LLP provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
