- Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications and public websites using various technologies, such as SharePoint, PowerApps, HTML, MS Teams, JavaScript, Adobe Dreamweaver.
- Interface with customers to gather and understand requirements. Support requirements development and formal testing as needed.
- Manage team activities to ensure complete and fully tested products are delivered
- Collaborate with team members from all parts of the development lifecycle, from development to operations to cybersecurity, solving technical challenges, and providing guidance and mentorship
- Provide Tier 2 application support to customers of managed applications and sites
- Work in a collaborative Agile team and providing oversight for team
- Maintain sprint and project backlogs
- Facilitate scrums
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing meetings with product owners
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly project status including metrics
- Recommend prioritization of work to Government customer
- DoD Secret Clearance (Interim acceptable)
- CASP+ (or ability to obtain within 6 months of start date)
- Experience managing software development teams or activities (generally 5-7 years)
- Knowledge of DoD regulatory guidance (e.g., Web policy, website-specific Section 508 Guidance, Privacy Act, etc.)
- Knowledge of interface, hosting, security, and web development standards and implementation
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrently running projects while effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proven oral and written communications skills, capable of effectively
- Directing and/or supporting developers, testers, and customer support resources
- Communicating with Government customers
- Facilitating and running meetings
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience testing and troubleshooting web applications
- Strong customer service support skills
- Experience working within the DoD
- Knowledge of MS Teams capabilities
- Experience with Power Apps
- DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester Certification
- Scrum certification (e.g. Agile SAFe)
