- Support the development, review and implementation of HR processes in line with business, legislative and policy updates
- Ensure confidentiality and governance to GDPR
- Regular quality audits of team output and data integrity in line with the agreed reporting and events calendar
- Report concerns with process non adherence, GDPR and risk to the Global HR Operations Manager
- Regular update of the team's skill level in this critical area
- Ensure appropriate Information and customer feedback is used to evaluate the effectiveness of processes to improve the experience for our people
- Work in partnership with HR Ops peer group to ensure global alignment
- Collaborate and partner with Team Leaders in HRIS, HR, Reward, TA, Payroll and SAP IT to ensure all processes deliver the best outcome for our people
- Participate in monthly stakeholder meetings
- Setting of SMART objectives for all team members
- Monitor and leverage metrics and trends to determine process improvement options
- Supporting the Global HR Operations Manager with project related activity
- Proven experience of HR Operations in a similar fast-paced environment
- Track record of process documentation and process improvement
- Previous Line management experience
- European language skills desired but not essential
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
