- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Developing and executing account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and/or services to existing clients.
- Monitoring and analyzing account performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handling contract negotiations and renewals.
- Providing timely and accurate reports on account activities and performance.
- Business ability to communicate and negotiate with major customers
- Proficient in English and French
- Be familiar with Cameroon’s hardware and building materials market and have certain customer resources (yaki, ingelec)
- Proven experience in account management or a related field.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
