Job Description:Hiring substitute teachers for Local Catholic School SystemStarting Salary: $180 per dayDuties include but are not limited to:
Following lesson plans provided by the Teacher
Managing the classroom effectively
Adapting teaching methods to fit the needs of students
Supervising students in and out of the classroom
Providing in-class and at-home assignments based on the available lesson plan
Long-term subs may create lesson plans, assign grades and/or participate in parent-teacher conferences.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 60 college credits
2.0 or Higher Grade Point Average
Can pass a criminal background check through the Diocese of St. Pete
Are legally registered to work in the USA
