- Own and coordinate monthly compensation cycles, accurately calculate and process commissions and bonuses in a timely manner Analyse sales performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement through qualitative

- Act as a primary point of contact for compensation inquiries, providing guidance and support to sales representatives and managers on compensation-related inquiries, policies,

- Coordinate with Data & CRM teams to develop and automate performance monitoring tools, ensuring accurate KPIs follow-up.
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Data lover with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and modelling.
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs, such as quota attainment, revenue targets, and sales pipeline
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and sales compensation software and systems (Amalia) is a plus.
- Previous experience of Business Modelling, target setting and/or compensation related topics
- Problem solver, process oriented, ability to foster team spirit and performance
- Excellent communication skills, curious and able to adapt in a fast moving environment
- Humble and eager to learn
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Business proficiency in Spanish, French or Italian would be a plus
