Roles and Responsibilities :- To supervise requirements planning for department, division, project, or organization- To supervise the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.- Making estimations for timescales and costs.- Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site workers and other professionals.- To estimate a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.- Gathers relevant statistical data and drafts reports on issues such as demographic information, occupancy rates, and land use- Expedite by assisting Liaison Manager to integrate his works with the Construction schedule- Communicates with other managers, supervisors, and colleagues throughout project- Performs surveys and field studies- Should have 4-6 years work experience as Planning Engineer with Construction IndustriesCompetencies Required :- Stakeholder Management- Analytical Skills- Prioritization & Monitoring- Cost Monitoring- Rate Analysis
