Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Workday Time Tracking/Absence Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining Workday’s Time Tracking and Absence modules to meet the organisation’s business needs. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customise Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and design solutions to optimise time tracking and absence management.
  • Lead implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, data migration, and end-user training.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
  • Stay updated on Workday’s latest features, releases, and updates to leverage new functionalities and enhance system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to integrate Time Tracking and Absence modules with other systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
  • Conduct system audits and perform data analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects related to workforce management and HR technology.
