- Report into the UKI Education Manager for Matrix, Biolage and Pulp Riot and work within the education team function as the Education point of contact for Education Field Team, Freelance and salon advocate networks, and the head office team.
- Foster strong communication links with the National Education Manger, Field and online Manager to support the strategic plan and operational procedures Education with strong administration and record keeping.
- Develop a strong working relationship with the entire education and artistic team including Education Managers, Regional Education Managers, Artists, advocate salons and freelance educators.
- Keep GDPR compliant address lists for artists, educators and distributors and send on behalf the education manager correspondences and announcements
- Schedule education team meetings, book physical rooms or set up virtual links and manage the appointments
- Plan, schedule & produce annual Education Calendar/prospectus, with the Education Manager, Field + Online Education Managers.
- Maintain strong open links of communication with Matrix and Biolage artistic teams supporting the education manager with enquiries and responses. Manage day to day Artistic team. Support the contract writing and issuing, approve, track and process invoices, encourage and support to ensure positive moral and brand love, manage diary of education classes including course bookings and course cancellations, support BHA shoots through clarifying sponsorship and processing invoices and tracking receipts efficiently.
- Support Pulp Riot Education Developer and team with practical needs, booking hotels, flights, event spaces, ordering banners and Artistic invoice tracking
- Schedule LPPD Academy bookings in partnership with the offline education manager.
- Manage Academy booking income and accurate provide monthly figures on income and bookings through the Barclays and Adyen revenue reports. Manage course revenue and Education and Artist spends to clearly see income and outgoings. Work closely with Financial Controller, Customer Care and Credit Control, and Accounts Payable, to have a clear hold on Budget, tracking and phasing.
- Support distributor courses, confirming 3 weeks before whether the course is taking place and then managing confirmations and sending stock, mannequins, and stationery and sweets deliveries to locations across the UK and Ireland, to meet deadlines.
- Raise invoices that are put onto the sales ledger with customer service for payment of Education that has taken place with our distributor partners.
- Track and manage budget expenditure for educational materials, including printing, mannequin and other resources.
- Negotiate and plan with suppliers, on education items such as mannequins and printing following Company processes.
- Track and produce Education performance figures with the education managers to include PO expenditure, international recharges and school income receipts from invoicing distributors and LPPD academies.
- Plan and project manage with the Education Manager(s) and other man-com members, all events including Matrix National Conference, Live hair shows. Including logistics internally & externally, working with the PPD Events team and/or agencies
- Manage Artistic team event bookings in the UK and Internationally, including bill backs from other countries and the DMI with accurate and transparent schedules and logs
- Manage vendor account set up on SAP, Candex or with an agency for freelance artists and educators within the network
- Manage artist and freelance educator PO's annually and process payments accurately and liaising where necessary with finance and/or accounts payable teams to establish.
- Maintain good communication with Adecco to ensure accurate payments and tracking will be made to and from the business.
- Manage the storage of education and artistic contracts and manage renewal processes alongside the education manager
- Write copy for online educational E-Learnings, copy for Access education and for social posts when required.
- Create courses on Access to enable online bookings and enrolments.
- Source and book models for shoots and ensure allergy alert test has been carried out
- Source and book meeting rooms and/or event spaces and venues for meals

- Experience using SAP finance database or a Purchase Order process
- Experience in organising conferences or events, managing logistics.
- Experience of administration in a busy environment
- Confidence in presenting figures and data accuracy
- Demonstrable customer service skills, Experience of GDPR, and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Ability to manage a team of creatives, including trouble shooting and problem solving to keep positive team morale
