- Leading the overall marketing strategy (current, new, AI and digital)
- Establishing and owning target verticals, geographies, and customer profiles
- Owning CRM and customer data to drive customer retention and revenue growth
- Drive awareness of the brand and products amongst the target customers, from content development to PR and paid ads
- Work closely with the wider team to bring new products to market and identify opportunities to improve market share and diversification
- Managing agency and partner relationships
- Overseeing and evolving digital presence, across website, social media and email marketing
- Shaping their events strategy, ensuring their brand is present at major industry gatherings
- Measuring and reporting of the marketing function
- You have experience building 'go to market' campaigns and driving commercial strategy
- You're entrepreneurial - willing and able to build new processes, allocating your time and resources where you will add the most value
- You love data and are comfortable with using customer behaviour to drive your action
- You're skilled at generating new opportunities, with experience nurturing leads, attracting new customers, and generating value from existing customers
- You're experienced in analytics and metrics, with the ability to evidence how marketing is contributing to the business
- You have strong written communication skills, with an eye for user focussed design
