This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives—where your purpose accelerates our mission.We are looking for dedicated Forwards Operative to support our team in Northampton.You'll be a fundamental partner in supporting our patients, delivering orders to assigned hospitals, performing site order counts and replenishment deliveries to Baxter accounts. Last but not least, you'll handle raising orders for each ward against set PAR levels and delivering IV fluids to selected area.Working hours will be 4 days x 10 hours shifts with a day off on a rota basis.Role Responsibilities
  • Complete inventory checks within each ward at managed hospitals
  • Check orders on arrivals and ensure they are in full – raise any discrepancies with the inventory supervisor
  • Communicate PAR level amendments as requested by customer to Managed Inventory Administrator
  • Complete Expiry checks and log expired stock
  • Report any damages to storage solutions in place in the hospital as part of service
  • Complete mileage forms of hire vehicles and report any issue
  • Attend service reviews if requested
  • Confirm delivery arrival times
  • Attend site audits if required
  • Reconfigure wards if required
Fundamental requirements
  • Full Clean driving license
  • Proven experience in Warehouse / Inventory environment
  • Comfortable with Microsoft office package and in using an IPAD
  • Keen to travel to various UK Sites
  • Passionate to Customer facing /customer service Role
  • Over 18 years old, with minimal experience (training provided)
  • Manual Handling
  • Literate to GCSE Level
  • Able to work within vulnerable adult and children environment after background check (CRB)
