Committed to safety, compliance, and quality, we pride ourselves on delivering projects to the highest standards while supporting external growth commitments.Position OverviewReporting directly to the UK Head of Engineering Projects, the LPG Engineer (Projects) will play a key role in supporting the installation and maintenance of LPG vessels. This role involves ensuring adherence to HSSEQ policies, conducting statutory inspections, providing technical support to the Engineering Projects team, and always maintaining safety best practices.Key Responsibilities
  • Adhering to HSSEQ policies & guidelines, ensuring safe working practices
  • Supporting statutory inspection of large commercial LPG vessels
  • Deciding on remedial work required for site maintenance
  • Providing technical support to the Engineering Projects team
  • Specifying material lists for maintenance projects
  • Maintaining knowledge of safety best practices
  • Communicating technical information effectively
Key Requirements
  • LPG industry experience and relevant qualifications
  • Knowledge of LGUK Codes of Practice and DSEAR
  • Ability to make decisions in technical scenarios
  • Strong understanding of process and instrumentation diagrams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Safety-first approach
  • Full clean driving license
  • GCSE Maths grade C/4 or equivalent
Desirable Skills
  • IOSH safety qualification
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Excellent client service skills
Performance KPIs
  • Support departmental goals for project delivery
  • Update CMMS for Large Vessels and align with GBS & EDMS
