- Handling all kind of litigation more specifically property related matters.
- Due Diligence of the Immovable Properties.
- Collaborate with external lawyers to evaluate land records and conduct a thorough due diligence for all deals and transactions. Highlight concern areas and recommend risk mitigation strategies / options
- To prepare internal legal opinions for completing the legal due diligence.
- To identify the risk factors, critical issues in the land documents & highlight the same.
- Drafting of Agreements, Sale deeds, lease deeds, JDA’s, Construction Agreements etc.
- Review all contracts or any other documentation and Review legal implications.
- Willingness to identify and take up new tasks and be a team player.
- Drafting and vetting of MOUs, Joint Ventures, Agreements relating to Infra Projects and Real Estate & Property Development
- Should be able to handle all legal cases
- Should be well versed the Arbitration matters.
