- Initiate and execute the marketing plans in Philippines market (Gaming category) including project and budget management, set up, pre and post analysis (uplift & ROI) and report on results both internally and externally.
- Plan and execute our best in-class retail merchandising both in-store and online and communicate project management: costs, planograms, display, asset creations, agency management with support of local merchandisers (through internal/distributors/reseller's support)
- Leading digital/omni-channel media strategy development in line with regional direction e.g., content, message, communication channels, target audience to ensure effective execution to support marketing campaigns
- Set strategic direction, lead and develop social media/online plan for Logitech G Philippines
- Develop a public relations/affiliate consumer engagement strategy to enhance brand perception and customer awareness
- Manage and track Gaming marketing budgets (raising of Purchase Order through OCRM and ensuring proof of execution is supported during claims process)
- Review, measure, evaluate and report quantitative and qualitative data from all local events and campaigns; owns post-event and campaign ROI analysis
- Design, develop and localize marketing assets and collaterals
- Coordinate, communicate and support trade shows, events like Gaming Show/tournaments, and initiatives by partners
- Track, manage and do post analysis of Cash Back Redemption and Loyalty Program
- Plan and organize all digital files and materials
- Liaise/negotiate with and manage vendors/agencies
- Preferably familiar with Consumer Electronics/Gaming/IT industry and media landscape
- minimum of 2 years of marketing/marcom/trade experience
- Experienced in project management, trade marketing and communications
- Prior Experience in Gaming Industry and Gaming Experience is an advantage
- Industry contacts/relationship especially in relation to retail stores and trade partners
- Creative and able to multitask
- A problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Meticulous, good with data, with an eye for details
- Organized and able to manage timelines
- Knowledge and Hands-on using Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Design skills with Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop) etc. is a big plus
- PR/Copywriting skills/experience is a big plus
- Technology Savvy and Understanding of IT/Gaming industry is a big plus
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business is nice to have
