- Extensive customer service or sales background – ideally within travel or aviation environment
- Sound working knowledge of reservation systems or global distribution systems (GDS) and of travel sales
- Domestic and international consulting experience with knowledge of airline products and policies
- Expert knowledge in airfares and ticketing procedures (including fare interpretation and construction rules)
- The ability to identify sales opportunities and anticipate customer needs
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Outlook & Excel
- Proficiency in managing internal and external stakeholders with strong stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines with a “can do” attitude
- Initiative, flexibility and motivation to work as part of a hard-working and collaborative team
